Our approach

Talent, capital and the right environment

Great ventures need more than money. We partner with exceptional people, back them with capital, and put the structure around them that lets their work shine.

  1. 01

    You bring the talent

Real skill and a record of doing excellent work in your field, plus the determination to build something that lasts.

  2. 02

We bring the capital and expertise

We back the opportunity with capital and our own experience in property, early learning and business, from land and buildings to fit-out and the means to grow.

  3. 03

    We build the environment

Premises, systems, governance and support around you, so you can focus on what you do best.

How we work

Built for the long term

Mirchi began in Canberra in 2007 as a family company in hospitality and has grown into property and early learning. Every partnership is run on the same principles.

  • Strategic governance

Clear decisions, clear roles and steady oversight from day one.

  • Risk-aware growth

Patient, well-structured growth that protects what has been built.

  • Shared family ambitions

Long-term thinking, aligned with the people and families behind each venture.

  • Reputation and community

Ventures that families, staff and neighbours are proud to be part of.
